I just spent the last hour reading OLD OLD OLD blog entries and I'm soooo cracking up. Why was I so retarded back then?? I even started looking at Madel's old xanga and started cracking up just as hard.

Damn...I say one day, we should just gather around a fire with some Moscato and take turns reading our old blogs/xangas out loud. That would be an effin riot.

so last night i went to one of the kdphi's rush events..then to the lambda party with siu. it was pretty fun. the girls are hella cool and nice...but then again they're suppose to be cause yea...they want you in their sorority..but yea..i dont know if it is my thing or not. the party was alrigtht...it was hella hot and my hair was wet..nasty! there were more girls than guys...well dancing anyways. i danced with this cute guy...i forgot his name thoguh. i had some shots...and it was darn good! haha...and yea..afterwards i met up with everyone else cause they went to the pineapple party...chilled at unit 2 for a bit cause i haven't been there in a long time. then norman and chris walked me and barbara back. got home around 3...my roomates didnt get back til after 3:30..it was cool cause everyone went out on my floor and we all had fun. we ended up sleeping around 4 cause we were all talking about our nights and stuff...good shit...lots of floor bonding this week!

today i read a lot...got my homework due on monday done so thats good. the girls on my floor dyed their hairs today..it was fun. i wanna dye my hair too...but i have to wait until my roots start showing...hmmm...tomorrow is the super bowl party on my floor. its gonna be fun. tonight...i'm debating if i wanna go to another frat party...it's franz's frat so yea...but it doesnt fit into my rules for the semester...(one night of party per week)..but since i got my homework done...who knows..

So I was basically ROBBED of a promotion because I decided to go part time and finish up some classes to prepare for applications. Unfair? Demoted? Yes and yes. But after the head pancho Doc took time out of his busy schedule to reassure me and my hard work and my deserving of that promotion, I was all good. He definitely took me off guard with his kind words but it was what I needed to hear from the person who mattered more than my boss. So while I missed out due to bad timing, at least I know my hard work doesn't go unnoticed and I should at least appreciate the fact that they are allowing me to take time off to pursue my BIGGER goals :)
